The JIN NA-11 has an integrated control box and operation panel for ease of use. In addition, this industrial sewing machine is equipped with a high-torque direct drive that handles heavy materials. The NA-11 achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material penetration power with several layers thanks to the direct-drive motor. The NA-11 is suited for sewing and decorative shape-tacking of heavyweight materials such as sofas, bags, and strollers.

Features

Needle thread clamping device

The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams. Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.

Increased productivity by improved operability

The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.

The direct drive system and the operation panel

The sewing machine has been integrated with the control box and the operation panel for ease of use. The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing machine. This sewing machine is provided with a high-torque direct-drive motor that supports heavy-weight materials. Thanks to this motor, the sewing machine achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material-penetrating power even when sewing multi-layered parts of material.

LED Light

The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. It is provided as standard for all models ofthe NA-11 Series.

Feeding mechanism

The machine's powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing leather and heavy fabric. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of bucky materials.

Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.
